Many companies talk about their core values but have a harder time living and manifesting them. Strategic wellness programming is a highly effective way to be and live your company’s core values and ensure that the most important asset, your talent, will embody what is important in your organization.
Jane Clapp will meet with clients to take the pulse of your company and see where wellness programming can creatively become an extension of your fundamental core values and be weaved into the very space where people work. Just a walk through your workspace and observing employee posture and visible stress indicators will inform Jane’s diagnosis and recommendations moving forward. Perhaps it’s time to create a greater sense of play, joy, inspiration and mindfulness. Jane’s initial recommendations and vision involve no financial obligation and at the very least, you will be left with seeds planted for the future health of your organization.
Jane brings her experience working in the corporate world as a Human Resources and Labor Relations Consultant when designing programs for clients, setting her apart from many wellness professionals.
