Jane integrates her expertise in Fascial Stretch Therapy with her training inReiki, ELDOA, Yoga,  Tensegrity Touch Therapy, mindfulness interventions, tension and trauma release temoring, cranial sacral still point technique, personal Buteyko Breathing to provide alchemic healing experiences designed to improve emotional and nervous system regulation, positively shift neuroplasticity and gradually release tension and holding patterns in the tissues. Jane will work with you through your body using cutting edge tools (see her article on the Body Braid and body armoring) and resource you with tools to bring yourself back into your window of tolerance for stress in your day to day life. 

Learn about how your fascial and emotional personality go hand in hand and receive guidance to create a synergistic relationship between the two with guidance on how to structure your movement and holistic health approach.  If you’re desiring incorporating mindfulness practice into your daily life, Jane will help you choose the most appropriate approach on where you’re at right now.

Jane works on the physical, emotional and energetic planes to identify blockages, often manifesting in the form of fascial adhesions, nervous system dysregulation, joint mobility issues, trigger points and pain.  She will work collaboratively with you to help you listen through your body, to use your breath to release blockages held in the psoas and diaphragm and use fascial movement to shift the energy in your body.  You will leave with concrete recommendations for your next steps on your healing path.
